Writing topic for chapter 47

Chapter 47 explains how to construct a reasonable arguments. There are many steps on how to prepare yourself. Some of the steps are constructing reasonable arguments, view your audience as a panel of jurors, establish credibility and state your position and support your claims with specific evidence. Reasonable arguments is taking stand on a debatable issue. You want to be able to explain your understanding of the subject or purpose. Very importantly view your audience as a panel of jurors, never assumed that your audience is agreeing with you. Establish your credibility with your audiences by showing them that you are knowledgeable and fair-minded also be sure to include your thesis sentence in your introduction. Don't just provide information on your argument but also the opposing side. With every successful argument you need to have supportive evidence. Evidence includes facts, statistics, examples and illustrations, expert opinion and sources if its based on reading.
I like to start up an argument but most of the time I never have supporting evidence or sources. What I'm going to take with me from chapter 47 is that if I want to have a successful arguments I need to have reliable evidence/sources. And the next time I write an argument paper I will include the opposing side argument.
